Pricing

All paid features are priced in South African Rand and stated clearly before any purchase is requested. Current paid product: Lucid (AI migraine pattern analysis) — R149 once-off, lifetime access. No subscription, no recurring charges.

Pricing for future products will be listed on their respective pages before payment is requested.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, email hello@signalandseed.co.za within 30 days and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds are processed via Paystack and typically reflect within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Signal & Seed does not currently offer subscription products. All purchases are once-off and there is nothing to cancel. If a subscription product is introduced in future, cancellation terms will be stated clearly at the point of purchase.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at hello@signalandseed.co.za. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve it directly. If a dispute is raised through your bank or card provider, we will engage with that process promptly and honour any legitimate refund claim.

Data and privacy

Signal & Seed apps store your data locally on your device. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties except where required to process a payment (Paystack) or generate an AI analysis (Anthropic). Card details are never stored by Signal & Seed or transmitted through our servers.

AI analysis in Lucid is generated via the Anthropic API. Migraine data sent for analysis is used solely to produce your report and is not retained.
