Make the Question Beautiful — Workshop

The hardest part of any creative or strategic challenge isn’t finding the answer. It’s making sure you’re asking the right question.

Most teams are capable, committed, and working hard — on the wrong thing. Not because they lack ideas, but because nobody stopped to interrogate the question itself.

This workshop is built around that premise. Over one or two days, participants work through a structured set of thinking tools drawn from Make the Question Beautiful — learning to reframe stuck situations, invert assumptions, find the question beneath the obvious question, and stay with uncertainty long enough to find something worth pursuing.

Practical, not theoretical. People leave with a different relationship to the problems they’re carrying.

What participants work on: Reframing stuck situations. Deepening questions worth keeping. Mapping where they are in a creative or strategic cycle. Auditing the assumptions underneath their current thinking.

Format: Half-day, full-day, or two-day — tailored to the group and context. Works equally well for leadership teams, design and product teams, educational faculties, and small groups of individuals who simply want to think better.
